I hired the company for a high end kitchen remodel for a 90 year old house. The owner, Lucky, is all business. He is honest, communicates well, and does the work the way you want. The work was completed in a very timely manner. He even fixed a nagging plumbing issue (without being asked and without charging extra) that was unrelated to the kitchen project.

""Lucky" Fatmir and his team did an amazing job in my kitchen. I could not afford to fully replace the cabinets, so they the cost effective option of refreshing the old cabinets instead of replacing them (they sanded the doors and painted them and the cabinets), which would cost me many thousand dollars more. They also replaced the countertops and the backsplash in the kitchen. Everything was done on time, quickly and efficiently. Also, it was easy to communicate via text and email, so I always knew what is happening and could follow up any time. A very smooth process throughout. I highly recommend this contractor."​

"When I hired Lucky I was planning to prepare my apartment for sale in the future. My husband had recently passed away and I thought I would not stay here that long. When he finished I had a home that I wanted to be in and live in for many years to come. A home that still contained the memories of my husband but was now my.home. This I attribute to the manner that Lucky works with the homeowner. I really can not express in words the type and quality of work that Lucky and his crew accomplish when they take on in a home. The first word that comes to mind is respect. They show respect to the home owner and towards the objects in the home. Everything is done to take care of what already exists in the house and the changes that are occurring. They are exceedingly neat and make it as comfortable for the people in the home as is possible during construction. They work quietly and steadily throughout each and every day. They continually clean-up as they go along. When Lucky sees something that would make a difference to the project he presents his ideas. For my home that meant adding crown moldings in the living room and dining room and hallways and some very small changes that made my whole apartment take on a new and glorious look. (Of course it added to the cost but it was worth every penny.). I wanted new radiator covers and Lucky’s woodworking skills are exemplary and they are beautiful.
Lucky is a problem solver and I feel that he has expertise in most areas that concern design and construction in a home but he also makes sure to consult with the homeowner over any changes that need to be made while the project is going on.
I asked lucky to rehang my paintings as the project was coming to a close. I felt he hung everything with the care of work being hung in an art gallery. This in itself was a unique experience for me. Also the quality and time they spent preparing the walls for painting was something my walls had not experienced in 30 years and each and every wall is perfectly smooth. They are careful!
Lucky and his men care about every detail to make the project perfect.
Finally Lucky in the last month has come back in a timely manner when the cable company did something that effected a wall and he fixed it saying as usual “ Let’s see what I can do.” He came up with a perfect solution.
Needless to say I highly recommend Lucky and his team for any home improvement project! He builds, he takes down, he fixes, he changes, he designs, he accommodates, and once again he is respectful."
